Invoices for the paid registration fees will be sent to the email you provide during registration. Invoices will be issued to the payer you indicated on the registration form. Accommodation costs and the attendance at the social evening are not included in the standard/student registration fee. If you are unable to attend the conference, it is possible to transfer your registration to another participant. In case of non-participation, the registration fee will not be refunded.
If you are interested in actively participating in the conference, there is an opportunity for a lecture and poster session. Papers where the main author is a student, can be submitted to the student section of the conference and participate in the best student paper competition.
The first step is to enter the abstract of your planned paper into the registration system no later than January 31 2024. All abstracts will be reviewed for their content by the program committee. You will be notified by February 10, 2024, if your abstract has been:
