Registration and deadlines

Important dates:

  • Deadline for signing up for an active participation and sending an abstract: 15th March 2021
  • Informing subscribers of the approval of their abstracts: 15th April 2021
  • Deadline for payment of the conference fee: 31st March 2021
  • Deadline for signing up for passive participation: 30th April 2021 (without a conference contribution)
  • Extended deadline for payment of the conference fee (higher price): 30th April 2021
  • Deadline for submitting the entire contribution to the proceedings: 30th May 2021
  • Information on the outcome of the review process: 10th September 2021
  • Deadline for editing the contribution according to the comments of the reviewer and the editor: 20th October 2021
  • Publication of the proceedings: 31st December 2021

Registration fee

paid before 31st March 2021 paid between 1st – 30th April 2021

student 500 Kč / 20 EUR 700 Kč / 30 EUR

The registration also allows you to ask for an invoice bill. The day of payment is decisive for the determination of the amount of the fee. The accommodation costs are not included in the fee. In case you will not be able to attend the conference, it is possible to transfer your paid registration to another person. However, refunds in case of absence are not possible.

Rules for active participation at the conference

If you are interested in active participation at the conference, there are the possibilities of lectures and of poster section. Texts of papers presented as lectures and of posters may be submitted as a part of the conference proceedings. Contributions, where student is the main author may be registered in the student section of the conference and take part in the Best Student Contribution Competition.

The first step is to insert an abstract of your planned contribution into the registration system by 15th March 2021. All abstracts will be evaluated by the program committee in terms of their content. By 31st March 2021, you will be informed whether your abstract was:

  • accepted in the form of participation chosen by you (lecture, poster)
  • accepted into a different form of participation than you had chosen when registering
  • recommended for revision / completion

When creating an abstract, please respect the proposed structure which can be found here. It will make the orientation of reviewers in your abstract more efficient.
