The price in Euros is only an approximation. When paying in Euroes, the final prize will depend on the current exchange rate of Czech crown and Euro at the exact moment of payment.
The preferred form of payment of the fee is with a credit card through the Masaryk University Shopping Center. The registration also allows you to ask for an invoice bill. For the determination of the amount of the fee is decisive the day of payment. The accomodation costs are not included in the fee. In case you are not be able to attend the conference, it is possible to transfer your paid registration to another person. However, refunds in case of absence are not possible.
If you are interested in active participation at the conference, there are the possibilities of lecture and poster section. Texts of papers from presented lectures and posters may become a part of the conference proceedings. Contributions for which the principal author is a student may be enrolled in the student section of the conference and take part in the Best Student Contribution Competition.
The first step is to insert an abstract of your planned contribution into the registration system by 28 February 2019. All abstracts will be evaluated by the program committee in terms of their content. By 20th March 2019, you will be informed whether your abstract was:
